A LITTLE
BIT ABOUT
US…

Sam and Nathan have had an affinity for great sandwiches since their days together at CU Boulder over 10 years ago.

After College, Sam moved to NYC, and was a regular at bodega’s across the city, and the chopped cheese sandwich was a regular meal for him. Whether stumbling out of a bar at 2am, or needing a mid week lunch, the guy can sniff out a quality chopped cheese when he needs one. Fast forward to the present, and sandwich making in Sam’s backyard is a regular occurrence.

After deciding to level up their sandwich game, Sam and Nathan knew they needed a strong culinary mind to gather feedback from. In comes Hannah Cunningham, founder of Mother Sauce (@mother.sauce), a micro bakery in Denver. Hannah is technically trained in culinary arts and specializes in intimate culinary experiences. She’s served as our main sounding board through our trial and error periods and we’re so fortunate to source our signature hoagie rolls from her.

Once we perfected our elevated chopped cheese (we use local Wagyu beef and secret seasonings to elevate the sandwich), we honed back into our roots. We asked ourselves, what do we truly love about food? While the combinations of taste and wonderful aromas are all non-negotiable, our true love stems from bringing people together. Sam and Nathan are outgoing socialites at heart and enjoy nothing more than community, leading them to base the entire concept of their sandwich pop up around their friends. Their dear friend, Nick “Rosie” Rosenfield, born in New York and a lover of all good foods, truly embodies everything Rosie’s is about. Good hangs, great people, and even better food. Their signature sandwich, The Chopped Charn, is named after another close friend, Aaron Charney, as are all items on the menu.

Rosie’s Sandwiches keeps things simple with only three items on the menu - and we keep things top notch through food and best friends…a combination just about anyone can get behind.

We can't wait to engage and meet you very soon!
